To obtain a Marriage License an official marriage license application must be completed and signed by the bride and groom. An application may be obtained in person or by mail, from any of any of the
County Clerks offices.

| Second Marriages | If either the bride or the groom has been divorced within the past 6 months, they will need to provide a copy of their final divorce decree when applying. Licenses can be issued one day after the final date of a divorce. |
Following the marriage ceremony I will ensure that the official copy of your marriage license is mailed to the county clerk for recording. An unofficial copy will be mailed to you as well.
